Congratulations to the winners of the Middle District of Florida Orlando Division's 2023 High School Essay Contest and to the participating schools and teachers who won classroom grants. More than 250 thought-provoking essays were received from students in the Orlando Division. 

The Division's contest award ceremony took place on January 11, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the George C. Young Federal Annex Courthouse. During the ceremony, the first, second, and third place winners shared their submissions. And all of the winners had photos taken with United States District Judges Dalton and Byron, as they accepted their certificates.
