Request for Quotation (RFQ) Notice

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida invites vendors to submit competitive open-market pricing proposals in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The submission of a proposal does not obligate the Government to reimburse any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a proposal. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make no award if it is determined to be in the Government's best interest.


Proposal Submission

Proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer identified below no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), August 17, 2026.

Late proposals may not be considered.


Proposal Acceptance Period

Offerors shall hold their proposed pricing firm for a minimum of 60 calendar days following the proposal due date. This solicitation requires a 60-day acceptance period in lieu of the standard 30-day quotation validity period.

Basis for Award

The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Award will be based on a tradeoff evaluation considering both technical merit and price.

Any award made under this solicitation is contingent upon approval by the Judicial Information Technology Committee (JITC).


Proposal Requirements

Offerors are encouraged to submit their best and final proposals. Proposals may be submitted for one, multiple, or all four locations.

A separate pricing proposal shall be submitted for each location.

The Government reserves the right to make one award, multiple awards, or no award, as determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
