The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida invites vendors to participate in a request for open market pricing, which will be competitive among various vendors. Please note that submitting a proposal in response to this request does not obligate the government to cover any costs incurred in preparing an offer or in contracting for supplies or services if no vendor meets the required specifications.

All proposals must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Maria Ramos, at maria_ramos@flmd.uscourts.gov, by 10:00 a.m. on August 25, 2025. Additionally, all participants interested in submitting bids for the structured cabling project are required to attend a pre-bid tour. The details of this tour will be determined and announced at a later date.

A fixed-price award from this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be granted based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Vendors are encouraged to submit their best and final offers.
