The Court provides a private space for nursing mothers in each division. The space is available to lawyers, staff members, jurors, and members of the public anytime during regular clerk's office hours between 8:30 and 4:00 p.m. Please see below for more information about how to access the rooms.
Fort Myers
Private space is on the first floor in the Concession Suite, Room 1-122. The room is always unlocked unless it is occupied.
Jacksonville
Private space is on the twelfth floor in the jury deliberation room connected to Courtroom 12A. To gain access, request a key from the clerk's office intake counter on the ninth floor.
Ocala
Private space is on the second floor in room 235. To gain access, request a key from the clerk's office intake counter on the second floor or ask a court security officer to call the clerk's office.
Orlando
Private space is on the fourth floor in room 4-421. The room is always unlocked unless it is occupied.
Tampa
Private space is on the 10th floor in room 1021. The room is always unlocked unless it is occupied.
