Parties should file proposed jury instructions, verdict forms, and voir dire four days before jury selection and should e-mail courtesy copies to Judge Castagna's chambers. They should also provide the proposed jury instructions and verdict form to the court on a disk in WordPerfect format (.wpd).
Parties must provide exhibit and witness lists (an original and three copies of each) to the courtroom deputy on the morning of trial, before jury selection. Parties must deliver copies of these lists to chambers the Friday before trial.
