Request for Quotation (RFQ) Notice
The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida invites qualified vendors to submit proposals in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for open-market pricing. This procurement will be conducted competitively among multiple vendors.
Important Notice
Submission of a proposal in response to this RFQ does not obligate the Government to reimburse any costs incurred in the preparation of an offer. Additionally, the Government is not obligated to award a contract if no proposals meet the required specifications.

Award Information
A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal.
Vendors are encouraged to submit their best and final offers.
