The U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, is requesting Open Market Pricing for Courtroom 15A lighting project in Tampa, FL. This request will be competitively bid upon by several vendors.

Email your quote no later than Thursday, May 28, at 4:30 P.M. to lauren_reese@flmd.uscourts.gov. Late quotes will not be considered unless the judiciary determines, at its own discretion, that considering the late quote is in the judiciary’s best interest and will not unduly delay the procurement.

The Court intends to make a firm-fixed-price award based on the best value quote. Vendors are urged to submit their best and final offer because no negotiations will take place after offers are received.

This request does not commit the government to paying any costs incurred in preparing your offer for submission or to contract for supplies or services should none of the vendors meet the necessary specifications.

A Pre-Bid tour will be conducted on Friday, May 22nd, at 10:00 A.M. at 801 North Florida Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602. Please meet in the courthouse lobby.
