PROJECT NAME:    Jacksonville – 10th Floor – Wood Door Refinish Project
RFQ NUMBER:    24-JAX-0008
REQUEST DATE:    Wednesday, 8/28/2024
BID DUE:    Tuesday, 9/24/2024 at 4:30 P.M.

The U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida is requesting Open Market Pricing to complete a project in Jacksonville, Florida. The project will consist of repairing and refinishing wood doors. This request will be competitively bid among several vendors.

Email your quote no later than the date and time specified above. Late quotes will not be considered unless the judiciary determines, at its own discretion, that considering the late quote is in the judiciary’s best interest and will not unduly delay the procurement.

The Court intends to make a firm-fixed-price award based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote. Vendors are urged to submit their best and final offer because no negotiations will take place after offers are received.

This request does not commit the government to paying any costs incurred in preparing your offer for submission or to contracting for supplies or services should none of the vendors meet the necessary specifications.

A Pre-Bid tour will be conducted on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 1:30 PM at 300 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Please meet in the courthouse lobby.
