REAPPOINTMENT OF INCUMBENT BANKRUPTCY ADMINISTRATOR

MIDDLE DISTRICT OF ALABAMA

The current five-year term of Danielle K. Greco, United States Bankruptcy Administrator for the Middle District of Alabama, expires 26 June 2024. As authorized under the Regulations of the Judicial Conference of the United States Governing the Bankruptcy Administrator Program, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit is considering whether Ms. Greco should be reappointed to a new five-year term.

The bankruptcy administrator is responsible for supervising trustees and debtors in possession and ensuring that such persons effectively administer the district's bankruptcy estates under Section 1334 of Title 28, United States Code.

Members of the bar and the public are invited to comment on whether Ms. Greco should be recommended for reappointment to the Court of Appeals. Upon request, a commenter's identity will be kept confidential.
