This web site has been established to provide current information about this case including publicly filed documents and the guidelines for attending public proceedings. The information contained in this web site should make it unnecessary to contact the Clerk's Office for information about this case. Under no circumstances are Chambers to be contacted. Documents filed under seal are not available for copying. Proceedings conducted under seal or through telephonic conference will not be accessible to the media or the public.

By selecting Update from the menu at the top of this screen, you will be advised of the current status of the case. These updates include a description of all recently filed pleadings, any public court action recently taken, and important notices.

A view of the complete docket is available by selecting the Docket button. All pleadings and orders which have not been filed under seal are available on this web site in Portable Document Format (PDF), with the exception of certain unsealed documents such as arrest warrants and transcripts. Such materials may be viewed at the Clerk's Office. If copies of transcripts are needed, arrangements must be made by contacting the official court reporter.

Security and Screening

Current security procedures require all visitors to present a valid official photo ID at screening. Members of the press should be prepared to present employer issued press credentials along with the above photo ID. Items such as cellphones, laptop computers, cameras, audio recorders, weapons, etc., are not allowed in the courthouse. These items should be left at home or in a vehicle.
