Renewal Applications will only be accepted between 2/3/14 and 3/7/14
Late Applications will NOT be considered


 

Please follow these instructions:

  • A link to the Re-application Form for the CJA Panel is below. Click on the link, complete the re-application, and certify that the information is correct by affixing your electronic signature.
  • Once you have completed the re-application form, save the document to your PC and note the folder where it was saved.
  • Return to this page.
  • Click on the “Submit Your Completed Application” link.
  • Enter your last name, first name and home division in the required form fields.
  • Click on Submit.
