This list, prepared by the Court Administration Policy Staff and the Technology Enhancement Office of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, is being published to facilitate the federal judiciary's effective use of videoconferencing technology. Many of the courts listed were participants in the Electronic Courtroom Project or the Prisoner Civil Rights Videoconferencing Project, each of which provided funding for the acquisition of videoconferencing equipment. Courts that have obtained videoconferencing under local programs, or in conjunction with other agencies, are invited to submit entries for inclusion within this listing.
